Crews Working To Repair Water Main Break In South Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Repair crews were dispatched to the scene of a water main break in South Philadelphia, this morning.
The break was discovered around 8:30 a.m. near Bigler and Smedley Streets in South Philadelphia.
Police have set up a local detour.
