PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today’s APP-tastic and Outta SITE – Angry Birds Star Wars.

If the idea of blending Angry Birds with Star Wars makes you wary, that’s understandable. But, believe it or not, the two actually work well together.

The game starts slow — and seems initially like a rehash of what we’ve played a million times, but new skills quickly become apparent as new birds are introduced — and some actually gain new abilities. It’s a nice shake-up to the franchise formula.
