COLWYN, Pa. (CBS) — Two firefighters were hurt Sunday evening at a house fire in Colwyn, Delaware County.

The twin house fire, in the 200 block of Walnut Street, was reported shortly before 7pm and brought under control around 8pm.
One firefighter, who suffered an electric shock while battling the blaze, was examined at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and later released.

A second firefighter suffered smoke inhalation and was treated at the scene.

The Red Cross of Southeastern Pennsylvania is assisting two families displaced by the fire. The Red Cross says those six people were given money for food, clothing, and shoes.  Both families had other places to stay.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
