2nd Arrest Made In SEPTA Shooting

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia police have arrested the second brother wanted in a SEPTA train shooting earlier this month thanks to a tip from the public (see related story).

Police say 18-year-old Matthew Early shot two people after an argument over the Sixers on the El at 46th and Market streets.

His 16-year-old brother Eric Early was arrested last week.

Police say the older brother was arrested without incident in the 1700 block of North 27th Street. Police are trying to acquire a search warrant to search Early's home for the weapon.
