PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A Center City landmark has officially closed its doors.
Robin’s Books, located at 110 A S 13th Street, was shuttered for good on Saturday.
In a post on its website from Sept. 28th, Robin’s Books announced it would be closing its doors at the end of 2012, but listed no specific date.
The new and used bookstore, which opened in 1936 and was owned by multiple generations of the same family, had moved several times over its 76 years in business but maintained a steady customer base.
