PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are offering their thanks to the public for a tip that helped them arrest a 20-year-old man for indecent exposure.

According to police, Dysan C. Baysmore, of West Wingohocken Street, sat next to a 20-year-old female on the subway between Fernrock and Olney Station.

Police say Baysmore then exposed himself and began touching himself inappropriately. Investigators report the victim said Baysmore had assaulted her multiple times while on the subway.

Baysmore was arrested Dec. 11th and charged with indecent exposure and related offenses.
