PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The Southeastern Pennsylvania chapter of the Red Cross says they are assisting 16 people who were forced from their homes by fire on Christmas Day.
Officials with the local Red Cross say they are providing food, clothing and winter coats to four adults and two children displaced by a fire on the 2500 block of Gordon Street in Philadelphia.
Two adults and five children are staying at the Red Cross house in Delaware County after a fire on the 6900 block of Guilford Road in Upper Darby.
The Red Cross is also giving food, clothing and hotel stay to one adult and two children who were displaced by a fire on Susquehanna Road in Abington.
