SHARON HILL, Pa. (CBS) – A fire in Delaware County that left at least one person dead on Christmas Eve remains under investigation.

The fire broke out around 6:30 p.m. in a two-story house on the 100 block of Ridley Avenue in Sharon Hill.

Two people were believed to have been trapped inside during the time of the fire, which took three hours to put out.

Investigators later confirmed that at least one person had died.
