Sec. Of State Hillary Clinton Suffers Concussion After Fainting

WASHINGTON (CBS) - Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is recovering from a concussion after she fainted Saturday.

The State Department says Clinton had a stomach virus and that she fainted because she was dehydrated. She is recovering at home.

No further details of her condition have been released.

Congressional aides do not expect her to testify as scheduled at congressional hearings next week on the attack in Benghazi.
