7:28 am: An unpaid intern for Senator Bob Menendez was discovered to be a registered sex offender and undocumented citizen. The intern, Luis Abrahan Sanchez Zavaleta, was arrested by immigration officials on Dec. 6.

 7:41 am: Chris talks to Gallup Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Frank Newport, about his book, "God is Alive and Well." The book included bold predictions for the future of religion in America with a compelling review of why religion may be a growth industry in the years ahead, rather than a relic of the past.
