PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A woman was shot and killed during a police involved shooting Wednesday afternoon in West Philadelphia.
Authorities say the shooting happened at 4:26 p.m. in the 5600 block of Cherry Street.
The unidentified woman was pronounced dead following the shooting.
It is unclear what prompted the shooting.
