PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A Montgomery County man is behind bars for allegedly impersonating a Philadelphia police officer.

Philadelphia police say they have arrested 30-year-old Michael Green of Glenside for an incident that happened on Wednesday night in the Holmesburg section of the city.

Authorities say Green and another suspect stopped another car at around 9:30 p.m. along the 4300 block of McMenamy Street. Police say the suspects pulled guns and forced the driver and two passengers into the back seat. The victims were able to escape, but one of them suffered a broken arm.

Green is charged with Impersonating a police officer, Aggravated Assault, Robbery and related offenses.

Police are still looking for the second suspect.

Another man is already in custody for a similar incident on the same night. 22-year-old Julian Collins was arrested for allegedly pulling over another car along the 9000 block of Frankford Avenue.
