NEWARK, Del. (CBS) – New Castle County police have arrested a 20-year-old man for inappropriately touching a young boy.

Police say they were contacted Nov. 16th about an incident that allegedly happened on Tuesday, Nov. 13th between Eric Dorsey, 20, and a 9-year-old boy.

Authorities say their investigation revealed that Dorsey, of Newark, Delaware, had inappropriate sexual contact with the victim.

Dorsey was arrested on Nov. 27 and released on $7,000 bail. He has been charged with two counts of unlawful sexual contact with a child who is less than 13 years-of-age, first degree indecent exposure, offensive touching and endangering the welfare of a child.

Police have withheld details to protect the victim’s identity. They are searching for any other children who may have had contact with Dorsey.
