Police Arrest Delaware Man Accused Of Stealing Women's Underwear

WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) - New Castle County Police have arrested a 39-year-old man accused of stealing, among other items, women's panties for the second time in less than a month.

Police say Sean Maas of the unit block of Chestnut Street in Wilmington, Delaware was charged with burglary related offenses after he unlawfully entered a female's home earlier this week and removed property.

Some of the stolen items reportedly include prescription medication, jewelry and several pairs of female under garments that had been removed from one of their bedrooms.

Police searched the suspect's home and were able to recover property belonging to the victim.

Investigators say Maas was arrested last month by Newark Police Department officers for a similar incident.

Maas was apprehended and charged with burglary in the second degree and theft. He was arraigned and committed after failing to post bail.
