PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are searching for two suspects who robbed a convenience store in Northeast Philadelphia.
The robbery happened at about 12:10 a.m. Wednesday inside the Wawa located in the 6900 block of Castor Avenue at Tyson Avenue.
According to investigators, the two suspects entered the store and walked behind the counter. An employee tried to stop the suspects and a struggle ensued.
The suspects stole 10 cartons of cigarettes worth $650 and then ran out of the store.

The first suspect is described as a black male, 30 years-of-age, 6’0″, with a long beard. He was wearing a black hat, a black hoodie with white stripes, and glasses.
The second suspect is described as a black male, between 27-32 years-of-age, 6’0″, with a thin build and facial hair. He was wearing a black Polo jacket, a red undershirt, a black hat, and black jeans with white fade.
