PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The Phillies may have their 8th inning guy.
CBS Sports’ Jon Heyman reports that the Phillies have an agreement in place with the Astros to acquire right-handed pitcher Wilton Lopez for “minor leaguers,” and they’re finalizing the deal now.
