PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Temple improved to 3-0 for the first time since 2000 by beating Delaware 80-75 on Sunday afternoon at the Liacouras center. Delaware fell to 2-4 on the season.
The Owls were led by Khalif Wyatt, who had 18 points on 6-12 shooting, to go along with seven assists. Scootie Randall had 19 points and 8 rebounds for Temple, who led 41-34 at halftime.
The Blue Hens were led by Jamelle Hagins, who had 29 points on 11-17 shooting to go along with 12 rebounds.
Temple’s next game is Wednesday night at Buffalo.
