The Health and Fitness Expo has brought out some of the top vendors exhibiting the latest in running apparel, shoes, accessories, and products. Tips on health and fitness are available as Philadelphia runners and spectators gear themselves up for one of the city’s  most celebrated athletic events: the Philadelphia Marathon.
