Man Hit By SEPTA Train In Center City In Stable Condition

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A man was sent to the hospital after being hit by a SEPTA train in Center City early Saturday morning.

This happened around 5 a.m at Suburban Station. A SEPTA spokesman says an unidentified man in his 20s had fallen off the platform, and was next to the tracks when the Airport Line train hit him.

He was taken to Hahnemann University Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The incident is still under investigation.
