PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police are reaching out to the public for help finding a missing man with dementia.

Tik Lam, a 72-year-old from the 800 block of Locust Street, was last seen at his home on Tuesday, Nov. 13 around 4 p.m.

Lam is described as 5’4” and about 125 lbs, with brown hair and eyes. He was wearing a blue flannel shirt with a black vest, jeans and black sneakers.
