PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia Police say a 19-year-old man was shot dead Saturday evening in the Kensington section of the city.
The incident happened in the 2800 block of Jasper Street around 5 p.m.
Authorities say the victim was shot in the neck and taken to Temple Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made.
