PITMAN, Nj. (CBS) – A 16-year old girl from Pitman, New Jersey is asking for donations to help those in need after Sandy.
Katelyn Darrow-Eystad founded The Angels Clothing Closet to give back after her family was devastated in a house fire.
Now, she’s asking people to donate toiletries, cleaning supplies and clothing to assist those hurt by the storm.
“If you could just sort and label the items, especially clothing,” she said, “just write on the bag what size and if it’s boy or girl it would greatly help, because we’ve been spending a lot of time going thru the clothing.”
Donations can be dropped off at The Angels Clothing Closet, located at 334 South Broadway in Pitman from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday November 10th.
Katelyn says she will make sure items are given to those in need.
