PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A Philadelphia man has been arrested and charged with sexual assault.

On Oct. 24 around noon, a 19-year-old woman was riding the K bus when a suspect sat next to her and allegedly sexually assaulted her.

The victim exited the bus at Greene Street and Chelten Avenue, and the suspect followed her to the 5500 block of Greene and pulled her into an alley.

The woman was able to escape and the offender fled on foot.

Using surveillance video, police were able to identify the suspect via anonymous tips as Henry Dixon, a 53-year-old from the 900 block of E Haines Street. Dixon was arrested on Nov. 6 and charged with sexual assault and related offenses.
