PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – For both parties, it’s a fight to the finish.
Rob Loughery is chair of the Bucks County Commissioners. The Republican says there is traction in his county for the Romney campaign.
“The momentum has shifted in Bucks County, and I think Bucks County is a microcosm of the country in regards to our split between registrations for Democrat, Republicans, and Independents. And that momentum continues to grow to this day and it will right through the election.”

Bucks Commission chairman Ron Loughery sees a Republican tide in his county, but State Senator Vincent Hughes says the Democrats are ready in Philadelphia.
“It’s about the ground game right now and getting folks energized and enthused and understand this, that we cannot go backwards. We must go forward…have to go forward.”
