PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today’s APP-tastic and Outta SITE – Halftone.

Ever wanted your pictures to look like they came from a comic book? The Halftone app not only adds the overly familiar dots, but lets you add borders and captions as well.

Once you’ve added your touch to the shots, you can upload ‘em to Facebook, Flickr or Twitter – or email them to a friend.
