PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today’s APP-tastic and Outta SITE – SnapChat.
Sometimes, for whatever reason, you’d prefer that a photo not live forever. Snapchat makes that easier, letting you control how long an image is viewable – for up to 10 seconds. After that, the picture goes away forever – and the app even tells you if the person you sent it to took a screenshot.
It’s kind of like a photographic instant messaging service – but it’s not something you want on your kid’s phone, especially if you’re trying to monitor their footprint in the digital world.
Check out the SnapChat app.
