Traffic restrictions will remain in place until further notice.

In addition to the bridge closures, Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett closed all Philadelphia area highways from 7 p.m. Monday until 2 a.m. Tuesday.

Both pedestrian walkways on the Ben Franklin Bridge will be closed on Monday and Tuesday.
