PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A 21-year-old man is facing charges after he allegedly held a woman against her will at his home in the city’s Fern Rock neighborhood.

Police say on Wednesday, a 22-year-old woman claimed Leon Stewart of the 500 block of East Godfrey Avenue abducted her. According to investigators, the woman went to the man’s home on October 16th and when she was ready to leave later that night, Stewart would not let her. The woman was not injured as a result of the incident.

Stewart is charged with unlawful restraint, false imprisonment and related offenses.
