Delaware Police Arrest Man In Connection To Suspicious Death

DOVER, Del. (CBS) – Delaware State Police say they arrested the man sought in connection to the suspicious death of a person found dead in Dover, Delaware.

According to police, 18-year-old Josh Cathell was charged with Murder 1st and Possession of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony.

Investigators say Cathell had shot the victim one time in the head and then drug him into a bedroom.  Cathell then fled the scene in the victim's vehicle which was later found abandoned in Rodney Village Shopping Center.

The victim, who has been identified as Isidro Vasquez Hernandez, had not been seen since October 15th.

Police say they went to a trailer located in Lot 18 at the Oak Grove Mobile Home Park to check on Hernandez.

According to police, after troopers checked through windows and saw blood on the floors and walls they forced their way into the home and found the victim dead on the bedroom floor.

Cathell was arraigned and committed to without bail.
