PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Nick Young and Maalik Wayns each scored 19 points to lead the Philadelphia 76ers to a 113-99 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday night.

Dorell Wright scored 17 points and Jrue Holiday had 13 for the Sixers. Philadelphia dominated the game from the start, using a 21-2 run to stretch its lead to 51-30 in the second quarter.

Lavoy Allen grabbed 11 rebounds for a Sixers team still playing without center Andrew Bynum. Bynum was benched for the preseason as he recovers from knee treatment.

Kyrie Irving scored 23 points for the Cavaliers. Tristan Thompson had 10 points and 10 rebounds. The Cavaliers scored only three points in the first 8 minutes of the second quarter.

Led by Wright’s four 3s, the Sixers hit 12 of 25 3-pointers. Wayns made three 3s.
