PHILADELPHIA (CBS) –- The USA moves on in World Cup qualifying, and the Philadelphia Union are back to work against Houston on Saturday. And the KYW Philly Soccer Show gets you caught up on it all!
KYW's Greg Orlandini and Philly Soccer Page writer Eli Pearlman-Storch are joined by Philadelphia Union forward Jack McInerney.
Jack helps us break down, from the players' perspective, the US win over Guatemala. The game was a bit nervy early on, as former Union striker Carlos Ruiz put Guatemala ahead.
But US midfielder Clint Dempsey put the Yanks on his back, scoring two goals and setting up another.
We also talk to Jack about his recent hot streak, with three goals and an assist to his name over the last three games.
