PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – On today’s APP-tastic and Outta SITE – Pocket Yoga.

Yoga can be a great stress reliever, but in an ironic twist, sometimes you’re just too busy to make it to a class. Pocket Yoga lets you fit in a good, basic workout as your schedule allows.

There are a trio of practices that can be done in 30, 45 or 60 minute intervals,
with a computer generated character demonstrating the move. As a bonus: It’s also a lot cheaper than a live class.
