Coatesville Man Arrested For Secretly Taking Cell Phone Video Of Female Co-workers Undressing

WEST GOSHEN TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) – A Coatesville man has been arrested after videos of several women in various states of undress and unaware of being recorded were found on his cell phone.

Joseph Charles Kolimaga was arrested on Tuesday after an investigation revealed he had been placing a cell phone in the female changing area at the oral surgery practice where he works with the purpose of capturing women undressing on video.

The investigation by West Goshen police began after a female employee at Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates of Chester County discovered a cell phone in the women's changing area at the dental practice. Additional videos were then found of other female employees undressing in the changing room.

Kolimaga was arrested and charged with 17 counts of Invasion of Privacy, and 1 count of attempted Invasion of privacy. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 2 at 11 a.m.

No footage of patients were recorded.
