Driver Crashes Into Pole In Northeast Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A car slammed into a pole early Sunday morning in the Bridesburg section of Philadelphia.

The incident happened at the intersection of Richmond and Kirkbride Streets just before 3 a.m.

Police say there was no entrapment.

The driver was taken to Hahnemann University Hospital. Their identity, condition and the cause of the crash remain unknown.
