PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Two weeks ago, the Phillies had a one tenth of one percent chance of making the playoffs. On Tuesday, that percentage had risen to 1.5%. As the Phillies win, that number continues to rise.

The Phillies have gone from long-shot, to “they could just do this.” The Phillies are just four games behind St Louis for the final Wild Card position in the National League.

Today, Cool Standings has the Phillies at a 3% chance to make the playoffs.

Bovada LV, an online sports betting site, has released Phillies playoff odds as well. As of Wednesday, the Phillies are a 5-1 shot to make the playoffs (that includes Wild Card), they are a 20-1 shot to win the National League pennant, and a 40-1 chance to win the World Series.

The Phillies go for their seventh straight win at 4pm against the Marlins.
