The driver of the car failed to make a turn near 9th Street and Hunting Park Avenue, and the vehicle ending up on the grass. The suspects took off on foot.

The driver, Edwin Rodriguez, was caught a short time later.
Both men were identified by the robbery victim.
Rodriguez and Rubio were facing robbery and gun charges.
Rubio was hospitalized in critical condition. He was also expected to be charged with aggravated assault on an officer.
