BEACHWOOD, NJ (AP) – A New Jersey man will face five years in prison after pleading guilty to a string of burglaries at the Jersey shore, including the home of rocker Jon Bon Jovi.
Nicholas Tracy of Beachwood pleaded guilty Tuesday to three counts of theft and burglary from a spree that netted him more than $300,000 worth of jewelry and personal items from the homes.
The thefts took place in March and April 2011 along the Middletown Township road where Bon Jovi lives.
Police say at least some of the stolen property has been recovered.
He will be sentenced to five years in prison next month under the terms of a plea deal.
