PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police are investigating the alleged abduction and sexual assault of a teen.

The victim, who is 18 years old, was found partially clothed, bound and gagged in a backyard on the 5000 block of Whitaker Avenue in Feltonville. She says she was abducted at gunpoint from 8th and Spring Garden around 7:30 a.m. then taken to 5056 Whitaker Avenue, where she was raped.

The victim described her attacker as a black male in his 20s who was driving a gray Crown Victoria and wearing a white shirt, black jeans and black sneakers.

The victim was transported to Episcopal Hospital, where there is no word on her condition.
