PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The body of a missing Philadelphia man has been found in the Delaware River in Delaware County.
Tinicum Township police say 65-year-old Hubert Elmore had last been seen early Sunday morning near the Anchorage Marina in Essington.
Crews found his body Monday morning near the docks where his boat is kept.
The Delaware County medical examiner is investigating.
