PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are searching for the driver of a car wanted in connection with a fatal hit and run last Sunday (see previous story).
On Aug. 26 around 2:14 a.m., pedestrian Richard Farrell, a 41-year-old from Brighton Street, was crossing Roosevelt Boulevard when he was struck by a car that was travelling north in the outer driver lanes.
Farrell was pronounced dead at the scene at 2:26 a.m.
The vehicle police are looking for is a 2004-2010 Chrysler 300 in an unknown color. It is missing the driver’s side side-view mirror and has possible damage to the hood, windshield and/or driver’s side window(s).
