RIDLEY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) – Authorities say a pedestrian died after being struck by a train in Delaware County early Wednesday morning.
The deadly incident happened at about 3 a.m. near Youngs Avenue in Ridley Township.
According to investigators, an unidentified pedestrian was struck by a train and was pronounced dead at the scene. The circumstances that led up to the deadly incident were not immediately known.
The incident remains under investigation.
