WINSLOW, TWP., NJ (CBS) – The mentally challenged teenager who went missing from his South Jersey home Saturday morning has been found.
Winslow Township Police say 18-year-old Robert Lee Foster walked away from his home in Atco at around 6:15 Saturday morning. Foster has the mental capacity of a seven-year-old and suffers from seizures.
Foster was found early Saturday evening and is now at home safely with his family.
