PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The general public can begin grabbing tickets at 10 a.m. for the Liberty Medal presentation September 13th at the National Constitution Center.
"I murdered a rock, injured a stone, hospitalized a brick. I'm so mean, I make medicine sick."
Muhammad Ali will be getting the award, not only as a world famous boxer, but as a man who took his conscientious objections to Vietnam military service all the way to the Supreme Court.

"The Liberty Medal takes place on our front lawn," said National Constitution Center VP of Operations Jen Darley. "We have a large stage that's outside. The seated area is on the lawn. We have about 1200 seats."
You can grab yourself a spot there through Ticketmaster (call: 1-866-492-6326) and while the tickets are free, there's a service charge for non-Constitution Center members. There are seating sections but within those sections, you grab what you can for this rain or shine event.
