COLLINGSWOOD, NJ (CBS) – Bon Appétit magazine has put out its list of the 50 Best New Restaurants of 2012, and two local spots are among those chosen.

Marc Vetri’s newest venture, Alla Spina—which earned three bells from Philadelphia Inquirer food critic Craig LaBan back in June—was the only Philadelphia restaurant to be selected.

And in South Jersey, Collingswood’s Zeppoli also made Bon Appétit’s list—just months after its chef, Joey Baldino, was named a semifinalist for the James Beard Foundation awards for Best New Restaurant.

Bon Appétit is set to narrow down the list of 50 picks and announced its annual “Hot 10” list of the best new restaurants in the country on Aug. 14th.
