WEST ROCKHILL TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) – A Bucks County man is facing several charges after police say he entered a home, believing it was his, while he was intoxicated.

The incident happened at about 2:15 a.m. on August 7th inside a home on Lenape Drive in West Rockhill Township, Pa.

According to investigators, 51-year-old Greg Bear entered a home, thinking it was his own, and was confronted by the homeowner. The homeowner pushed Bear out of the residence and called police.

Investigators say Bear, who lived nearby, was intoxicated and was wearing only one shoe. He had cuts and scrapes from sleeping in bushes after walking home from a local bar.
