Police: $65,000, Jewelry Stolen From Home In Wissinoming Neighborhood

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - About $65,000 in cash was among the items stolen from a home in Philadelphia’s Wissinoming neighborhood Thursday night, according to authorities.

It happened a little after 6:30 p.m. in the 5800 block of Jackson Street. In addition to the cash, jewelry and a DVD surveillance video were also taken.

No injuries were reported. There is no word on the suspect(s).
