Two Police Officers Injured After Car Crash In Hunting Park

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Two Philadelphia police officers are recovering from minor injuries after they were involved in a crash in the cities Hunting Park Section Saturday evening, according to authorities.

A police cruiser reportedly collided with a car at the intersection of Front Street and Hunting Park Avenue.

Investigators say the officers were responding to a call when their cruiser was struck by the other vehicle.

The officers were said to be complaining of pain after the accident and were taken to the hospital.

No one in the other car was reportedly injured.
