Authors Modernize Ronald Reagan's Quotes

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - He was called the Great Communicator and some of Ronald Reagan's best quotes are collected in a book with more than just history on its authors' minds.
Daniel Agatino had already put together a book of Reagan quotes, says his co-author John E. Wade II, but now the two of them have created Ronald Reagan's Wisdom for the 21st Century, which includes their comments on the quotes.
Wade says this election is all about economics, as was the one when Reagan was first elected.
"And I believe that if President Obama is re-elected, just like if President Carter had been re-elected what would have happened. If President Obama is re-elected, I think we'll have a worldwide depression," says Wade.
Few have credited Mitt Romney with Reagan's gift of gab, but Wade sees Romney as Reagan-ish.
"I see the same mindset in him as I do in the Great Communicator, President Reagan," Wade says.
Wade's favorite Reagan comment was when he said Communism would be transcended, and then made sure it was.
