Shooting In Tioga Under Investigation
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A man was shot in the city's Tioga neighborhood on Wednesday morning.
The victim was reportedly checking the tire pressure on his SUV at 7th & Venango when two males on opposite ends of the block opened fire on him.
The victim was shot twice in the arm before being transported to Temple University Hospital for treatment. There is no word on his condition.
The incident is under investigation.
