MAGNOLIA, Del. (CBS) – Delaware State Police are searching for Matthew Kerr, who was allegedly involved in two domestic incidents during July.
Authorities say the first incident involved a physical altercation with a 21-year-old female victim while traveling in a car on July 10th. The incident occurred in front of their three young children.
The second altercation took place on July 13th, when Kerr allegedly broke into the victim’s home on Bertha Drive and refused to leave.
Kerr, 20, of Magnolia, Delaware, has been charged with strangulation, third degree assault, and driving while suspended, among other things.
Police believe that Kerr may be in Camden or Felton, Delaware. He no longer has possession of a car.
